Overspeed Protection Systems
Uncontrolled overspeed events can lead to catastrophic failure. Sensonics’ Sentry G3 Overspeed Protection System provides fast, independent shutdown for turbines and pumps.
Certified to IEC 61508 SIL 3, Sentry G3 supports voted architectures such as 2oo3, with response times under 20 ms and built‑in online proof testing.

Machinery Protection & Vibration Monitoring
Effective vibration monitoring provides early warning of developing faults and initiates automatic shutdown when safe limits are exceeded.
Sensonics systems support dual alarm levels, relay-based shutdown, trending, FFT analysis, and sensor integrity checks. Solutions can be engineered to meet IEC 61508 SIL 1, 2, or 3, as well as API 670 requirements.
